Lazy and cold customer service from an Asian man. He makes you search through other people's packages and plays computer games all day behind the counter telling customers to wait. The 5 star reviews here are fakes. I give a lot of kudos to people in all kinds of businesses but THIS man is arrogant, lies, and could not care less about customers. A couple times i had to stop by this place in the last year. Never again!!

I have had nothing but really excellent service from Ricky, he has always been responsive and helpful with my requests and forwarding of my mail as well. I know covid has affected a lot of business and envoy has been struggling from this so i think a little extra understanding with everyone right now would be a good idea and help keep essential business like this one going. Thanks for all your help over the last few years.

Best service anywhere! The owner Victor, goes well above and beyond. Courier service, computers, photos, PO boxes... and he is the nicest guy to boot!! Highly recommend!!!

This is the worst service I have ever received. He did not greet me in a positive manner. He would not help me package my items and told me I had to buy tape. I was happy to package my own item as I had my own tape and began doing so. He told me I should have done this before arriving at the store. I am not sure why he said this because noone was waiting. When I addressed his inappropriate behavior he told me to go somewhere else which I gladly will from now on.

good service here. The manager gave prices between UPS and FedEx and offer me options in terms of shipping time. Will come back again.

This place charges $1 for drop-off packages of UPS/ other couriers. The Asian guy was not able to explain why the fee exists although the official UPS website says it’s free to drop off at its access points.
