Terrible customer service. I’ve contacted them 3x and I am yet to receive a response. The scooter never came with any instructions, I contacted them and did not receive a response and now I need replacement bolts for a scooter and I cannot get a hold of anyone to help me. I’ve emailed, called and even left messages on their online chat.

Terrible customer service, close to non existent infact.. it’s almost a month since we ordered filter replacements $180 with no email response, then they sent a wrong product to our home, and now we are still waiting for our product with no one answering calls or emails. Not recommended to deal with sadly!Last year was great.. Rami was in charge and was very attentive..

Great customer service from Rami.My eco friendly yoga mat arrived with a small rip.He sent another right away at no charge and told me to just keep the original.I love this mat...no slipping and I believe no harmful chemicalsThank you

I ordered three scooters in total. The first came with no manual or instructions but I have common sense and decent mechanical knowledge. The second snapped the second ride as the clip that holds the bar in place was missing a screw. I was a bit banged up but had to order a new clip and rear fender. The company offered no help and just kept offering to call me back in a couple of hours". Ordered a third scooter and it came with a manual and all the right parts. I went into a pothole and crashed it. Absolutely my fault . I called to see if they could help me find someone in Ottawa who could attempt to fix it. Again they offered to call me back in a couple of hours. All in all the scooters were good but customer service is terrible. I'd say buy from them but don't expect any help after if your outside of Toronto."

Very well made products that you can actually use! Friendly staff with a great brand director Rami who was very helpful with showing us the various products they carry.

I am so happy with my e-scooter!!! They took care of my order and provided excellent customer service. They even delivered it to my door step! Best service I've ever received!
