Ronald McDonald House

Ronald McDonald house (RMH) was there for us when we needed a place to stay while our babies were at the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO). When we saw on Twitter that they could use donations of snacks, it was the perfect way to give back so that families there now can worry about one less thing and concentrate on their little ones.

What an amazing place.. if there s room. We unfortunately had to spend a couple of weeks at the Ottawa General NICU. We were fortunate enough to get 2 nights here. There's everything you could need, kitchen facilities, laundry. Wish our stay could have longer.

This place is amazing and so welcoming. Everyone is so kind and helpful and we are very comfortable. We feel very fortunate to have a place like this to stay while our daughter has surgery.

The staff makes you feel like you are home. They go above and beyond. The rooms are clean and inviting. You will want for nothing when you stay at RMHC Ottawa.

Wow! What a place. So lucky to have a place like this available while we are staying here for our daughters surgury for a week. Its impeccably clean and has absolutely everything you need. Dont have to eat out all week and spend hundreds when we can just cook here. It even has it's own familiar scent of lavender in tha air. There is a toy room for the kids equipped with basically every video game system and even a basketball net outside for the summer months. The kitchen is equipped with about every gadget you need to cook a world class meal. And if u dont care for stovetop cooking there is a bbq outside, inside a beautiful gazebo. A very calm and soothing environment. Will be back for sure for our daughters follow up appts at cheo.

They saved our lives. The sence of family love and compassion that lives within these walls is something that will forever be engraved on my heart. Thank you for everything you all did for us and for all the families who pass through your doors.

RMH Ottawa is a warm and inviting home away from home. Staff are supportive and friendly, and always there to help in any way they can.

As I have not stayed at this location. 1 million stars would not be enough. For all the work and love and family that goes into the RMHOttawa. I am fortunate to work for a company that will often have us donate product amd the RMH is my first go to Always. I will always and forever provide what I can to the Ronald McDonald house.

As of Jan 17th, families of dying children are being evicted because they are refusing to take a dangerous and ineffective vaccine " against their will. RmH is callous and evil for causing anguish to families already dealing with petty tyrants outside RMH and the fact their children are DYING. RmH would be ashamed of mgmt had the intelligence for self reflection or a simple history lesson on 1930s Germany.My hope is RmH loses their charity status. After decades of anti-discrimination training

The staff are lovely and really kind and makes going through a hard situation a bit easyer to have kind people around you who are not judgmental, plus the building is absolutely gorgeous
