I have been having problems with my heat pump for years (mostly in the summer, not cooling well), called many HVAC service companies during the last 3 years, everyone was suggesting changing the the machine (its only 8 years old) because of poor performance, some told me its undersized, need a bigger one. Finally received a flyer from this company advertising Free estimate and system analysis. Scheduled an appointment (within a week). They came, we had a good 10 minutes chat, they looked at the system and told me the system is properly sized. Then they said its either a low airflow (due to clogged coil, i have new filter) or the valve inside the furnace is not functioning properly. They told me we are going to do a quick test, they pulled a camera (I believe a thermal infrared cam), pointed at the furnace and took some shots and boom ! it was a defective valve. They gave me a quote , came few days later and replace it, problem solved! Amazing it feels like I have a new system. I'm planning changing my heat pump in few years (still have 2 years warranty on parts) and I'm not looking for anybody else except for this company even if they are more expensive, at least they know their stuff. I guess you get what you pay for" is really true."

Great service, knowledgeable staff and honest. Called few companies they all wanted to sell me a new heat pump, this company gave me the options of fixing or replacing. They explains the pros and cons of fixing vs installing a new.After doing some diagnostic tests (free of charge, they hookup a bunch of equipment sensors and started monitoring my system on a smartphone), there were able to find the problem within 15 minutes. They actually had to remove some gas, adjust the airflow (probably was never adjusted) and calibrate my system. They gave me some advice like checking the filter, keeping the outdoor unit clean etc...Oh I forgot, they are also a licensed electrician. These are my new guys for AC and electricity.Thank you very much
