My follow up appointment was enjoyable and informative. Claire explained options on my aids that I wasn't sure of and helped me understand the features available on them. Again, I found the staff friendly and upbeat. I would recommend visiting them anytime if you might need assistance.

I highly recommend Lakeside Hearing. My daughter needed to see an audiologist and Bailey Sinclair was fantastic with keeping my 4 year old focused and having fun while finishing all the ear testing. Easy parking, great location and simply experts with helping diagnose my daughters hearing issue.

I highly recommend Bailey & the Lakeshore Hearing team. The hearing assessment Bailey provided was far more comprehensive than any previous assessments I've had. She took the time to explain everything carefully, giving me a better understanding of my hearing. I left the appointment feeling much more confident in my understanding of my hearing quality. 10/10 professional service all around. I'll be recommending Lakeside to all my colleagues.

Claire was super in helping me work through the journey of understanding the root cause of my Tinnitus. She listened very well, asked very good questions, and provided very thorough and knowledgeable insights. While I have yet to fully resolve what's going on, my visit at Lakeside got me a big step closer.
