Today was my first time visiting a Suzy Shier and I must say I had the best experience ever! Robin took the utmost best care of helping me dress my daughter. She took in store shopping to another level. Having called the store beforehand for information Robin was kind enough to hand pick possible items to make our shopping quick and easy!!!! My daughter was sold on the second dress she tried on! It is a one stop shop for special occasions!

I've got a fantastic customer service at Suzy Shier Carrefour Laval. The manager, Linda, gaves me great advice, she was professional, efficent, and she has great taste. The store was full of people, but Linda and her team managed the situation. I bought a lot of clothes for Fall season, I will look great at work! Quality is amazing, colors are beautiful! Thank you, I will go back as soon as possible.

i went to Suzy so many times. but the qualities are no good. i return but the manager she dosen't want to return.i had a bad experience. i even e-Mail to them they nevre get back it. it's ok i'll levae it.

It’s my favourite store but I have to mention the service that I get from Tina is just wonderful! She knows my taste and my needs and she makes sure that I leave the store with something!She is truly amazing and I keep going to that store because of her! She is amazing!

I love my shopping experience at this Store. All the staff is very kind. Anna’s advise was very helpful, she offered me an exceptional and fun experience. I love every thing that I bought. I highly recommend Suzy Carrefour Laval if you want to buy trendy outfits with the plus of having a fashion consultant to help you! Always coming back :)

Loved my experience at the store. My mom and I walked in and was greated by nice smiley Anna, so kind and friendly. Who helped us to find exactly what we wanted. She gave me great advice on the outwear selection, whether it was what I could wear with them and how to wear them, which size to go to etc.She also offered very useful and honest opinions on our fittings and helped my mom to choose the right outfits for herself. She was very patient even though we came in the store almost prior to closing time. Not to forget the shop was so clean. We will definitely go back . Thank you Anna for your amazing customer service!

I went the other day to suzy shier in carrefour laval , wonderful experience , Robin who works there , is wonderful , very attentive , knows her stuff ( how the clothes fit on someone ) , she is great at suggesting clothes that you wouldn’t necessarily pick out for yourself , absolutely loved her , amazing service !

My girlfriend went here to look for a dress to wear to a wedding.They had a decent variety, however not of any colours that she was interested in. This location has a Le Chateau section in the corner that complemented the classic Suzy Shier collection. However, she found some to be tacky. Having said that, it's all about personal taste. Those dresses may be for you.Service was fine. No one offered to help or tell us about any promotions in the store. At the cash, they were friendly.Prices were fair for the quality.

Came to the boutique looking for a specific dress for my daughter which they did not have (an older model apparently only available on line at this stage). The saleslady, Erika, made other suggestions. Although we did not end up purchasing, we feel it fair to give Erika a shout-out as she was kind, very helpful, bilingual and extremely patient. 5 star for her service!
