They were warm and gentle for a nervous patient that i am they took the time to explain things to me. They got back to me as soon as possible while i was in pain.Wish the best for future endeavors.At first they were all these...then they said in wasn't following their protocol. I had tooth extracted 4 1/2 weeks ago then they wanted me in for a cleaning I cancelled the appointment because I had endoscopy then had blood in my ear canal. These aren't excuses people these are real deal things happening to a person.Then 4 days ago i had another tooth extracted this is where communication was lost in translation. They said I didn't take the antibiotics as prescribed but they were only for 7 days and the pain begun 2 weeks prior to appointment being arranged. I was also prescribed by a walk in clinic doctor (because my doctor was on medical leave due to a heart attack) also was torodal the bottle was miss labelled. During the procedure they accused me of cussing at them so they cussed at me and belittle me as I was stuck in a chair loosing a molar. I been phobic of dentists since I was 7 when the dentist broke off the needle in my mouth, In that same office before it became what it is today Maple Ridge Smiles. No one deserves treatment like this and maybe they should do there own research when it comes down to 6 to 8 weeks before any other dental work should be preformed after a tooth extraction. Instead of trying to book me the week after for cleaning.On a side note: I would like to say before dr Karen black retired she is what made that office great. I am sorry I missed out on an amazing dentist and she really understood her clients. Whatever this is now is nowhere near professional.They want everyone to give them good reviews on Google but here is my honest review don't give something the first test drive then a good review drive it for awhile then give it the real review.

The staff is incredibly kind and personable and truly care about your comfort. Dr. Ghaderi is a very professional, kind dentist who goes above and beyond. I'm so grateful to find such a wonderful team where I can feel completely satisfied after every visit.

Dr. Neena gave me very professional service. She suggested an effective course of treatment, that was successful as well as affordable. I don't have dental insurance so I appreciate that she didn't try to upsell me. She was respectful of the service that I needed, and her team has great integrity.

I have had issues with Dentists in the past, hiding fees, doing unnecessary procedures, and overall being a bad experience. I was skeptical of a new dentist, but my previous one gave me no choice.Very long story short, from Wendy at the front desk, all of the staff (who all seem to know me) and Dr.Mitra herself, they have been overly caring, paid attention to my sensitivities, and genuinely care. I believe credit is deserved where credit is due, and it is certainly earned here.

Absolutely amazing service. After multiple times of visit the service is still great. I go to Dr. Mitra for all my dental problems and needs so as all the members in my family. They have got a great staff. I have done cleanings and extractions here and the have been satisfied eacha and every time. My kids go to see Dr. Mitra and her assistants Shelley and Robyn. They are incredible with my 7 and 10 year old. Very warm and welcoming. They constantly praise the kids while they are having their work done which makes the kids feel proud. Wendy, the receptionist is always lovely aswell. Great dental practice, will continue to see them.

This is by far the best dental office I have ever been too. Every visit I am greeted with outstanding customer service, all the way through till leaving. They accommodate everyone's needs, and are extremely empathetic to anyone with any discomforts in regards to dental work. These guys are absolutely exceptional at what they do. They are always positive, professional, understanding, and extremely kind, and always creating a very comfortable environment. Their entire team is simply outstanding. I've been going to Smiles Dental Clinic for over 3 years now. I am always blown away by Dr.Mitra helpfulness, friendliness, knowledge AND the results I get. It was one of the best money I spent for myself.Dr.Mitra and her team are extremely talented and knowledgeable. What I love most about her is that she is very straight forward with me and explains the process as we move forward. She is always answering any questions. She is very detail oriented, cant recommend her enough!

I can highly recommend this place. My first visit was last week, did check up and cleaning. Dr. Nina and her assistant was really helpful, knowledgeable and with great sense of humor as well , which is great. Dr. Kelly did my cleaning , had a blast with her so much fun and in same time so much useful information about how to take care of your teeth. Went today for 3 fillings , so easy , no pain, freeze was great from the first time. Very happy that I found this dental office. In my experience, the best I've seen so far.

I have had excellent care from Dr. Mitra and her staff. Dr. Mitra is a very professional and talented dentist. She has just completed three implants for me and I appreciated being able to have them done ‘in house’. She takes the time to explain the procedures and makes sure you understand what’s involved. The office has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. They are #1!
