Truly an amazing experience from beginning to end.Cargopedia did an amazing job in getting my product from China to my home in Ontario. I wish I know Cargopedia when we first started our business. it is nice to finally work with a company that knows shipping and provide different alternatives. we never thought of shipping LCL from China, Cargopedia saved us thousands of dollars introducing this new service to us. Also, it is nice to talk to a real person. other shipping companies ask to open a ticket!? and they will get back to you in 2 business days! what does that mean?

First and foremost, I kindly request that you take the initiative to conduct some research regarding my previous feedback, wherein I rated several other companies with a mere one-star rating. Have you had the opportunity to peruse the detailed message I submitted alongside my evaluations? If you have not yet done so, I implore you to carefully review the contents of those feedback messages. Now, let us address the matter concerning your company. I made a total of approximately five attempts to establish contact via phone. Regrettably, on each occasion, the individual who answered the call displayed an alarming level of impoliteness. Not only did he employ vulgar language directed towards my person, but he also abruptly terminated our conversation. In an effort to ascertain the reasons behind his abusive conduct, I promptly dialed once more. However, my request to transfer the call to the dispatch department, with the intent of inquiring about the services offered by your organization, was met with a recurrence of offensive language and an immediate disconnection of the call. Undeterred, I persisted by placing another call and sought an explanation as to why he consistently terminated our conversations. I suggested that if there were any difficulties, he could redirect the call to another colleague. In response, he retorted in an exceedingly discourteous manner, stating that your company does not provide any services before terminating the call through the use of abusive language. It is important to note that the unfortunate incident I experienced is not an isolated occurrence, as I have come to learn from numerous individuals who have encountered comparable treatment at the hands of your company's personnel. It is with humility that I beseech you to undertake the necessary measures to train and guide your team members in the art of proper communication and interpersonal skills.

We ship delicate and fine arts all over the world. Paintings, statues, antiques etc. Cargopedia is by far the best company we have worked with. They listen, they offer options and their prices are OK.The packing service they provide is also very good. I also like the fact that they provide enough information to us that we are now convinced to purchase cargo insurance. A few years back, one of our shipments was lost and the airline could never find it. The shipping company could have offered cargo insurance at that time and we could have saved a lot…Cargopedia team is always friendly and patient, we are so happy with their customer service. I used Cargopedia's service when I relocated from Canada to the Middle East in Jan-2021. They helped me for relocating my car and 13 medium size boxes of personal items.Their price was fair for the good and professional service I received. Delivery took much longer than planned due to port workers using Covid as excuse for not working, and that was beyong Cargopedia's control within governments controlling ports. Cargopedia did all it could to expedit delivery of my container. Without their help delivery could take much longer.I received my car and personal items in good condition.On a separate note, I'm a sort of through person and unfortunately I was not very much informed about applicable rules for international relocation from Canada and moving a car. The sales person, despite being highly trained for her job, perhaps assumed that I know everything and didn't explein some of the process, down to the details which a through person likes to know. That caused me to spend some time doing my online homework trying to understand the process, which delayed the project. Eventually, I communicated with the owner directly and everything was sorted out smoothly.One suggestion: Dubai Custom's Authority has a list of their trusted custom clearance agents. Working with them may help further streamilinig the process and benefiting the customers.If I need help for relocation, I will ask for their help again.Thank you Cargopedia.

Intelligent, experienced, Friendly. That’s what I expect from a shipping company and these are the best words to describe Cargopedia.A few weeks back we received an import from one of our vendors in China and they forced us to use their Freight Forwarder. Everything went wrong. It was a disaster. For the next shipment, we will definitely use cargopedia.We are working with Cargopedia for a few years. The customer service people in Cargopedia are awesome. It is super easy to get hold of someone in Cargopedia and I like the fact that they chase you and remind you to do your task as a shipper, although on their terms and conditions they say it is the customer responsibility.
