Really great, owner is a lovely woman who always mends clothes on time even when super busy. She's repaired many of my outfits, including Punjabi clothes and corsets, she's great!

Quick, affordable and excellent quality of work. Need to re-do the original hemming of my Diane Von Furstenberg dress. Their job looked better than the original one. Service was done while I had my hair done next door.

i've taken a ton of business clothes there over the last few years and always a good job, fast and well priced. I took a chance when I took one of my older suits in to them, I lost enough weight that the suit was huge; they pulled it apart, trimmed where needed and it fits great, seams all look great and lining back exactly how it should be. Definitely recommend them.

I live in Yaletown. They charge ONLY 12$ for hemming of pants which is a steal. The ladies that work there aren't paid a lot so for the money, they do a good job. They are middle eastern folks so English is not the first language but they're nice enough. I've had 10 pairs of pants altered and no problems. Not sure what the whining is all about when they are charging so little. I wouldn't bring in my LV jacket or Hermes scarf to them but people need to have realistic expectations.

I went to have a simple pair of jeans altered here. They hemmed the pants unevenly so that they were visibly different lengths. I returned to have them fixed and when I returned again they were still different lengths. I was told by the person there that there was something defective with the pants. Unfortunately even if they can get the pants to the same length, they are much shorter than I originally wanted. To make matters worse, they are unable to resolve this as the owner of the store has been away for the last 2 months and no one has the authority to decide what to do until she is back.Poor workmanship and service.

Have brought multiple things here. The lady who runs this place is so nice and always does great work. She has fixed tears and done alterations on pants shorts and even a jacket for me. My go to spot for fixes.
