Horrible!Made my mum cry! My poor mum worked her night shift came by to smell some perfumes and the woman there looked her up and down and said 'are you buying?'Excuse me?!Who do you guys think you are to be treating people this way?

The pharmacy staffs do not have any respect for people. I booked a booster shot appointment for my son for 7 pm. We arrived 5 minutes before our time and informed the staffs the reason why we were there. They asked me the time of the appointment and asked me to wait. There were another couple who mentioned their appointment was for 7.20. The staffs were very busy with other people. Since I left my 12 year old daughter by herself at home, I was not able to wait for for unlimited time and I was thinking of rescheduling the appointment. After everyone left at 7.35 I asked the pharmacy assistant how long would our wait time be. She replied “Don’t you see we are busy? Wait. We will call you when we are ready.” I was surprised by her bad attitude but decided to wait. At 8 pm the pharmacist called the couple for their shots who’s appointment time was after ours. At that point I decided to leave that place right way. I asked for my son’s health card back. They were trying to argue that I couldn’t have it back because they were going to call us next. I replied that due to their failure in maintaining the sequence of the appointments and the rude behaviour of the staff we were not interested to get the covid shot from that location anymore.

After coming here multiple times for my prescription refills, I can honestly say that this is the worst pharmacy I have been to. Not only are the people here inattentive, they always serve customers out of order.Twice, I would come here and stand in line only for the people who work there to serve someone who decided to cut the line. They only apologize after the customers in line complained. After talking to the other customers, it was a general consensus that this happens often.It doesn’t matter what time you come here, it is always extremely busy. You will be left there standing in line for a very long time and they do not greet you. I understand that the pharmacy gets busy, but a little customer service goes a long way.Once my refills are done, I will never come back to this pharmacy again.

me and friends came here to look for something and we had people follow us around the store acting like we were going to steal, as a person of colour i feel targeted considering the fact that the woman who was following of us was also person of colour as a teenager who’s been profiled and targeted for being poc thsi behaviour is immature and unreasonable. shoppers do better in looking for employees.

This place is a joke. I’ve never seen so many empty shelves so often. Pricing on items is frequently inaccurate. The place seems entirely staffed by apathetic teenagers so that there is just a perpetual long line at the cash register. I am constantly disappointed by my experiences here. Just close the place and give this neighbourhood a proper grocery store.Management should be ashamed.

What a nice difference! Thank you for making our pharmacy a pleasant experience for a change. The new manager is a pleasure to deal with and you can be assured of much better service and attitude now. If you had a poor experience with the last manager, come back and see the difference!

Horrible over-the-phone experience with Cosmetics Dept. A few minutes ago, I called Cosmetics to check if they had a particular perfume in stock at their location. The less than 2 minutes (literary) I was on the phone with the lady, she was very rude and unfriendly; she blatantly told me she was busy (her exact words!), refused to give her name when I calmly asked who I was talking to (she said she ‘didn’t have to give her name’) and said she’d hang up on me if I asked for her name! I needed to check another perfume as the one I called about wasn’t in stock, but she didn’t want to help. So much for customer service!!!

There was a long line up just now and one manager and 1 employee simply stocking shelves. They directed everyone else to self checkout but didn’t bother to open another cash. The 1 girl at cash was extremely rude and refused to do a return on an item that could have easily been returned. I usually have a great shopping experience at shoppers but tonight goes in the books for worst experience. If you have a choice to go elsewhere do yourself a favour and do so.
