We bought our trailer at County Camping in August of 2020. They have been outstanding to deal with. We do our best to get all our service and warranty work done. They have always done a great job. They just replaced and upgraded the floor of our toy hauler. We paid the difference for the upgraded, proper toy hauler floor. The rest was a warranty claim. Great installation on a complex job. If you want good service, buy and service your trailer at County Camping. Thanks to Tanner, Emma, Travis and the rest of the staff.

I recently purchased a Coast Spa from Country Camping in Salmon Arm BC. After talking with Connor and Travis I decided on my hot tub. They were very easy to deal with and now my hot tub is delivered hooked up and I couldnt be happier. Great guys and I would recommend them. If you have any questions? Don't hesitate. Call them. I want everyone to know that they should visit Country Camping RV prior to buying or servicing their RV or other leisure product. The level of customer service I received was absolutely incredible, even though I did not buy my RV from them! The entire team from the service department (Tanner, Travis & service techs) to the front office (Thomas, Debbie, parts, and others) always had a smile on their face and were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional and focused on getting my RV repaired. I can assure you that Country Camping will be my first choice for RV purchases and repairs going forward. Thank you Country Camping!

From purchasing the unit in August 2020 I now this was a while back but I just had to comment on this business. Debbie Lynn in sales was great to deal with also the service department (Travis Mckay) and Greg the technician they have been there for us with any small issue they are really over the top to make sure the customer is satisfied.And if you have concern's or questions they are there to help in anyway possible.We have bought trailers in the past from other dealers but once they sell you a unit your on your own it seems but this RV center looks after its customers promptly.Highly recommended

Our fifth wheel trailer separated from our tow vehicle. Not knowing if it was the hitch or human error, I wanted the hitch inspected. So went into the service department, after explaining the issue they had a very experienced technician look at the problem. Which much to my relief, and embarrassment, it was determined to not be an issue with the hitch. Because of their attitude and quick response I’ve asked our insurance to authorize a full inspection of our fifth wheel at this facility. To Country Camping staff thank you.
