Was driving around for a week without a window. Waited for a quote from them never got one. Called another place and was able to get my car repaired the next day. The staff were nice so I gave them two stars.

Ashley and her whole team make sure you are taken care of. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze and so was the drop off. The glass technicians did a fantastic job on my windshield replacement and also had no issue re-securing my Dash Cam. Thank you for making this ICBC claim simple and easy.

Great service and Ashley the manager is very good to deal with. Easy place to take your car in and deal with ICBC claims glass repair. Ashley deals with all the paper work and keeps everything easy for you.My car broke down by the shop and she was very nice to help get the car towed away also!

Was recommended to go to here from downtown Audi, Ashley seemed to be the main person of contact.The glass installation went smooth in my Audi Q7 and don’t seem to have any issues with that aspect of the job.However when I picked up my car I noticed a missing floor mat, they even looked inside my car and continue to tell me oh it must be in the car wash, or some other spot in the shop and will call me the next day.It’s now been almost a week of me calling them every second day only to have Ashley basically having a melt down and hanging up on me after I refused to bring my car back for a “floor mat inspection” as if she don’t believe me that the floor mat is not under the seat as the Service technician told her.The lack of professionalism Ashley has should be made aware of and I’m going to be reporting them to other institutions as well.I don’t recommend going here at all, and I really hope high end dealerships stop recommending clients to go for repairs also.

I had a really good experience with Halco glass. Windshield was replaced in a day and my calibration was done with the dealer. Ashley was great and was honest. She communicated everything i needed to know and kept me informed the entire time. Overall I was happy with their service !

Wish they would have quoted me total price before doing the job after checking with icbc , very grateful for them for dealing with icbc file claim for us, would suggest total confirmation price before job is started. Nonetheless very friendly and kind staffs.
