At Adaptive I have not only had the pleasure of working with several of their care team, to help with my recovery after my accident. I have also learned many things outside of the physio therapy process. It seems everyone who works at Adaptive has the patience and the knowledge to help people in many aspects of life. Marco has taught new things about my computer and Shawn has helped me when my anxiety was off the charts!Kestrel is sweet and very calming and easy to learn from, as she explains her direction in great detail, takes the time to make sure you understand and help when needed.I used to work with Devon, who was knowledgable and very patient also. Even Debbie and Angela at the front desk are helpful, very pleasant and welcoming when you first walk through the door! It seems like everyone within the office genuinely care about people and that makes it easy and lovely to attend my sessions twice a week.

The ladies (Angela and Debbie) at the front desk were so welcoming and helpful! I had trouble sorting out my auto insurance after my minor car accident and they were both so patient with me.I worked with Devon (PT) and he was very quick and professional with his assessements. He gave me good advice /exercises and was understanding of my situation. I am happy he was able to provide relief from some sore spots in between my massages.I also worked with Bronwynn (RMT) and she was lovely. She was thorough in her assessments and told me what she was doing during treatment and why. I felt so much better after wards!I wouldl highly recommend going to Lifemark Adaptive for any treatments! Clean clinic and freindly staff!

I have had serval injuries over the past years and every time I go to Adaptive Health Care. At Adaptive Health Care the team are very knowledgeable. I've just had surgery on my arm and Daniel has helped me with my pain management. He goes beyond his knowledge to help you recover. Ryan also has great knowledge and always there to help you improve. Kestrel has taught me alot of ways to help me doing things easier. Shawn , Marco and Devon are always there to answer any questions you have. The receptionist always greet you when you come in. I recommend this practice to anyone who has an injury or who has had surgery. Exercises may be hard but in the end you walk out of there feeling a whole lot better. Thanks to the whole team who has helped me over the years.

I don’t know where I would be today without the amazing team at Adaptive Healthcare!After a work place injury, being in a cast for month then told that the damage to my hand was permanent. I was ready to believe it, until I found this clinic.It has not been easy but with a lot of physio a lot of encouragement from the entire team at Adaptive I am getting there!All I can say is a great big Thank you !

After getting rear ended by a transport truck the team has been a god send! They've been beyond helpful. From the ladies at the front desk, to the physiotherapist and occupational therapist I've been seeing. They are the dream team. Always happy and positive, even have fun little office polls for everyone to weigh in on. Always informative and have time for your questions. They really do care about their patients. I still have a while to go before I'm fully healed, but I'm glad I have a team like them behind me.
