Upsetting to see 2/3 stalls in the women's bathroom out of toilet paper and the hand dryer is broken. The atmosphere gets a 1 of 5 stars because it wasn't a pleasant experience. Hygiene is important when eating food, especially at a high volume, big name restaurant as McDonald's. This ruins the full enjoyment when things lime this happen.

I find that this particular McDonald's is always chaotic no matter what time, slow or busy. Whether drive thru or mobile ordering, we wait at minimum 8 minutes to once a maximum of 22. Even when we order simple items with no alterations or changes or a big # of items, this is the case. I haven't once this year been able to just go through the drive thru and have our meal/order ready to go by the time we hit the 2nd window. (Even something like 2 egg mcmuffins and one smoothie at 7:50am)Sometimes items have been missing or rushed (not meeting bare minimum, like mushy pale hashbrowns, burnt english muffins, etc). However, when we have spoken to staff about the issues, they've been mostly willing to fix/replace the items. We always double-check before we leave now.This place gets a lot of traffic due to it's central location, so just be aware of your timing. Inside the McDonald's is very pleasant to eat in. It's clean and has spacious seating.

- The staff keep this location clean.- If you want your food fast, the drive-through is where it’s at.- Dine-in service can be faster.- Overall my food was fresh, and the tables were clean.Bonus. The kids play place has a nice open seating area, which is also kept very clean.4/5 stars. Would rate 5/5 if the dine-in service was faster.

Every time I come through the drive-through, I always have something wrong with my order. Half the time the food is in hot and I have to wait in the parking stalls. If you’re looking forward to having the right food in your bag, I suggest going to a different McDonald’s.

Last time we go here. Pulling in my wife said you know they mess up every order. Sure enough we go drive through , we go back around to get them to correct the order. We were told we were wrong we didn’t know what we ordered. Just left as we had to get to the Abby Run for Water. Hash brown were soggy and mushy.

I’ve been here a handful of times and live close by. Fries are extremely overly salty compared to other McDs. Coffee is burnt every single time and tastes disgusting. I’d go here time after time because it’s literally 1 minute away from me, with the hopes that it will be better next time, but I end up being disappointed again! I rather drive to another Mcdonalds and pay for better tasting fries and coffee. Staff is always nice though!

This mc donalds in Abbotsford is huge, the parking lot is huge as well, came for late snack after walking around the park.friendly staff quick service, there's a large kids play area. Found it a little hard to get buzzed in to use the washroom. It's nicely decorated in there as well. There is a huge parking lot. Always make sure u double check your order when u get it.

This location is the worst out of the many in abbotsford. You'd think being in central abby and how busy you are, there would be some hustle to your orders. I have been parked every single time thru drive thru for very simple items. Go inside to eat and your waiting extreme long as well.Dont expect much from a mcdonalds, but This location needs some serious training on customer service and fast food timing

Always making mistakes on my food. Ordered 2 bacon and egg Gouda and only received 2 bacon and egg McMuffins. Called them they apologized and gave me a code. Not gonna go there anymore.

They rush when fulfilling the orders via Drive Thru, and every time I've gone there they've given me someone else's order or the wrong breakfast sandwich (I tend to go mid-morning). I avoid going to this location now since their accuracy is weak.
