Excellent service techs - they provide a video summary of your vehicle, so you can get a heads up on what you’ll need done in the future.

For the condition of some of your used cars, you should not sell them to customers. Just send them to auction of fix them before displaying them for sale. Shame on you... you only see your profit and taking the customers' money. I regret buying from you. Wasting my hard earned money. As a Lexus dealer, I believed in you.. Unbelievable... corroded badly, bad tires, bad brakes, emergency brakes still not working because no mechanics want to work on the system because corrosions, battery went bad after 2 weeks, bad fan clutch, corroded ac lines, bad evaporator, bad hydraulic suspension after 4 months, rotten underneath shields + engine shields. Rotten corroded exaust system + mufflers... too much to list. Unfair deal...

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this location. I have leased two vehicles - The ES350 within the last six years .The cars have exceeded my expectations but what sets this location apart is their superior customer service and genuineness of their staff. From sales to the service department there is always a high level of professionalism. You never feel pressured and instead feel valued and respected. Dennis, Jackson and Chris have always gone above and beyond and have set a high bar in customer service. Kudos to this dealership and I HIGHLY Recommend

Picked up a beautiful IS350 for my wife the other day at Meade Lexus Lakeside. This is our first Lexus and Adham Shalabi from Meade Lexus did a great job taking care of us.Adham was eager to help, he walked out the office to introduce himself when he first saw us on the lot looking around through his window. Thumbs up for Meade Lexus and Adham, no drama when we requested to test drive this unique, rare colored sports car.It was couple of weeks between the time we first tested the vehicle to the day we actually sit down to talk about it with Adham. Adham was exceptionally professional, working with him made me feel valued as a potential customer. The conversations we had with him was always friendly and courteous, never pushy or showing any sign of impatient, despite our repeated negotiation on price. I have to say, it was because of him we made our mind to pull the trigger on this beauty.On the day of purchase, we went in late and I had some issues with my insurance agency. Adham tirelessly worked with me and my agent to sort out my insurance quote. The most touching moment was seeing Adham personally helping prep the car and vacuum the trunk trough the glass window of the finance office, XD. I think few sales persons would do that. Adham and our delivery specialist Aaron Lacy stayed with us until the last moment before the closing of the dealership, making sure we understand how to operate the vehicle's features. They watched us driving away before leaving the office.Thank you Meade Lexus for making our first Lexus purchase experience memorable. Much better than any other dealership I've been. Feels pretty good to be @ work and they pick your car up from you and drop it back off. Jackson is a awesome sales guy that was very straight forward and gave great recommendations to help fit my needs.

My wife recently had her lexus rx350 serviced and repaired. The service was exceptionally well done. A day after the service was completed, My wife noticed a air leak in the tire so i called lexus and they picked the car up from her work and gave us a brand new tire free of charge and they brought the car back to my wife's workplace. Thank you lexus for going to the extra mile to give us impecible service. Special thanks to the service advisor Chris D Coleman, he's the reason why I'm with Lexus for life.

Lindsay has been amazing the last few times I’ve taken my car in for service. Chris is great as well. Service is more important than anything and these guys are doing great in their respective roles

I swear worst customer service ever especially Chris Coleman so racest and don't have enough experience about cars,I recommend every one go to ann Arbor or Southfield dealer better than them .
