Very good place. Am on vacation in Canada currently and wanted to eat seafood and fries, perfect place to go for that and more. Made my balls tingle.

Timhis was our second visit to the restaurant. Both times we had great experiences. The servers, the vibe and the food quality and portion size are all good. We ordered some cocktails, butter chicken platter, RC burger with Veg Pattie and some fried chicken. It was all worth it.The patio view is ok but overall we lived it dining here both times. And it's open till late so great for someone who is looking for a restaurant that's open till late.The entrance is not good at all. It can be changed for sure.

Monday night after a long weekend, coleslaw had gone bad, poutine was just a spattering mozzarella on fries and the gravy smelt like old socks which after the slaw gave me pause to eat any more.The fried fish was pretty good.If the slaw wasn’t rotten the cheap rendition of a poutine would’ve been fine but seeing my wife spit/throw up a coleslaw means we won’t be coming back. Experiences I imagine will vary and you can judge ours based on the photos and decide for yourself.

The food was pretty good. We got the wings double fried and they were DELISH… super crispy and fresh. The fries were also crispy and quite good. The steak bites were mediocre. The salsa verde they came with wasn’t great but the steak bites were decent. The onion rings were also okay and the bread wasn’t a true focaccia as listed on the menu, but still yummy.

Loved this place! You get so much food for your money and the food was amazing! My whole family loved the food but my dad said it was the best fish and chips he's ever had. Staff were very nice and it had a great atmosphere. Highly recommend

The food was made fairly quickly, was a little pricey but you definitely got what you paid for. However, my food wasn't even hot! I was room temp/cooled off by the time I was served. The waitress was terrible, you eat a poutine with a fork. Well she gave my friend a fork for his poutine, she never gave me one and said she would be right back. I waited 5 minutes and did not get one, I had to go to the bartender for one. She never offered us water either, so when she came back I asked for some. She didn't come back for several minutes, and when she did she didn't even know who the water was for. The food would have been amazing if it was actually hot, overall not the best experience and would probably never eat here again.

I know there is not much open at 10pm in Canmore, but for a first experience this is unfortunately some of the worst pub food I've ever had. I literally had to throw all the food out because it was unedible. Only giving 2 stars because the bartender was very nice

I always look for live music when I travel and Rose & Crown was recommended to me. Brad Brewer was playing solo guitar and vocals. Get there early to get a good seat. Not all tables are near the stage. No cover, but tips were appreciated by him.My server is celiac, so was very helpful with my dinner order because I am allergic to gluten, egg and dairy. The burger and salad were good. Great way to spend a night in Canmore.

Great spot in Canmore with views of the mountain. The food portions were large and it tasted great. It took longer than expected but overall a good patio experience.
