Our door broke at 5:30pm after the last Fedex shipment was sent. I called City Wide and explained my situation. They dispatched a technician and I only later found out that the tech had to drive all the way across town to get to our shop. Darren the tech called saying he was on his way and arrived and quickly made the repair and was very knowledgeable regarding our specific door type and opener. I will definitely use this company again and encourage other to do the same.

Called just to leave a message on New Years Eve just wanting to leave a message for someone to contact me back after the holidays for a quote. Was shocked someone called me back the same day. Set up a date for an employee to come give me a quote and they were at my house the day they said they would be. City wide door did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone!

Came home from work and found we couldn't open the garage door because the spring had broken, City Wide door not only serviced our out of the way area but they were here in about an hour. Being a Friday afternoon we thought we'd be stuck with a door that wouldn't open and one car stuck in the garage, but thanks to City Wide Door all repairs have been taken care of within 3 hours of the initial call, and for a reasonable price. Thanks City Wide Door.

They were a no show and no call, on the day they were supposed to come and fix our garage door. We had to call them and figure out why they never showed. Showed up the following day on a Friday and fixed the garage door fine. We asked for a quote for a whole new garage door/ operater and said we would get a phone call with a quote on Monday. Here we are a week past and still no call or no quote. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Would look elsewhere for a company that's more professional and responsive.

I had a great experience with CWD! Darren kept in contact with me. He let me know when he'd be by our home in ample time for me to get there to meet him. He spent time diagnosing the issue and just didn't write it off as you'll need a new one". He kept at it until he found the fix. Great guy. Would use them again in a heartbeat and the price was extremely reasonable! Thanks Darren!!!"
