Decent pool set up but rude staff. Tall blond female guard, very rude to kids are parents at an event today. Basic customer service not important if you're tired or want to leave early I guess. Wouldn't suggest renting out for parties like our friends did.

Great pool for kids and adults. They have a shallow area so any toddler can easily get in and have a blast. They have some noodles and floaters for kids to borrow. You have to buy tickets in advance to make sure you get in at $5/person for both kids and adults.My only complaint would be the 1.5 hour time slot they provide. They should extend this to 2-3 hours instead of having to buy another ticket.

The facilities are nice but I think this might be the most disorganized and poorly staffed pool in the city. My kids were registered for swim lessons and and when we got to their first lesson they had 3 classes waiting, 1 instructor available and no registration lists confirming each child’s registration. No one had any idea what was going on. Lessons started 30 min late and lasted for o no it 20 min. We have to pay for lessons!! This was my second negative experience after contacting them a week earlier to ask a bunch of questions. At the time they had no supervisor on staff but took all my info and just never got back to me. This pool facility needs to be supervised by an adult.

Me and my spouse have been to this pool many times this summer. Water is always clean and the water temperature is nice. But every single time I've went there the pool has been over-crowded with no space to move, so we end up just sitting in the water. The rule they have in their website about keeping 2 metres apart is impossible due to overcrowding.People usually have no regard for others around them, there have been a couple of times when a jumper has landed on me and pushed me under the water (which gives me utter panic). I fail to understand why jumping in the water is allowed in a public pool, most pools have no diving signs, it's dangerous and also not nice to those who prefer not to be splashed chlorinated water in their face from all angles. Not sure why it's allowed here.Bring your own lock because most lockers don't have keys in them and you can't secure them otherwise.I would absolutely love to do the adult lane swims instead of open swim, but childless adults are being extremely discriminated against, we only get 1 hour at 6am or 7am. You should seriously consider giving at least 1 of the 7 days in a week to adults only so that we also can have a relaxing swim in the afternoon. Not sure why is it considered a luxury or an exception to want to relax without kids, let alone kids that are not ours.

Staff are super friendly. Life guards are attentive and watching the kids. Online booking is super easy, which makes it not too busy. Change rooms and bathrooms need to be quickly cleaned during the day. Just run a clean mop through them to clean up the floors. The weather in calgary has been so hot this summer it would be nice to be open a little later on the weekends.

Appreciate pool safety and staying in arm reach with kids in the big pool. Having to remain directly next to a 3 year old in a life jacket and 7 year old in the baby pool where both can stand is ridiculous and completely overbearing. I would understand if they were not being supervised, but I was sitting on the baby pool edge with eyes on my kids and told I have to be standing directly next to them at all times. Left and won’t be back, this is the first pool I’ve ever been to that was so overbearing.Oh yeah the guards specially young female ones out of question. It is understandable they work for minimum wage but their unprofessionalism, low talkers shouldn't be an option it is a place for families to enjoy!

This community run pool is staffed by fun, friendly, staff. The facilities and pool are amazingly clean and the Covid-19 measures are top knotch? Due to Covid-19 there are no lockers or change facilities so come dressed to swim!There is a tiki bar" where you can buy snacks; however

Great for lessons. Change area a good size. Cubicles to change are a bit dirty on floors same hair kleenex garbage on floor all week.. showers are difficult for kids. Push on taps. Too hard for them. Adult needs to press more than once. You get wet yourself. One shower head cold. 2 were way too hot. We gave up trying to shower.
