According to this shop, refurbished means parts are still broken on a computer. Big waste of time.

I would honestly give this place a 0 star if that was possible... Had a small problem of my laptop not turning on and they couldn't even fix it. In fact, one of the employees gave me attitude and despite the fact that they couldn't fix it, they still CHARGED me $20. Came with a broken laptop, left with a broken laptop.
