Upon asking what was covered (under work insurance), Ms. Anne Pattersen - an insurance specialist only emailed an Application Kit (which involves paying for a doctor's report), without further answers. After asking for more details, the advice was that there was coverage (and medical terms confirmed by GP). After going to the trouble of applying, paying for doctor's report and waiting, Ms. Patterson said it was denied" because there was no coverage in the first place! (Not that it didn't meet requirements but stroke wasn't even covered despite her sending the application kit).Send complaint form via the web garnered zero responses. Writing to their formal complaint officer passed their 90 day deadlines

Éviter industriel alliance a tout prix!!! J’ai du me battre pendant deux ans et meme après trois chirurgies je n’ai jamais été indemnisé. Par la suite, j’ai du appeler plus de dix fois et passer plusieurs heures au téléphone pour faire annuler mon assurance. De loin la pire compagnie d’assurance!!
