We Hired Nextechnologies to come do our camera system on Vancouver Island and even though Steve said it was outside of his service area he knew we were serious about it and came to do the job anyways and we could not be happier. Very good quality crystal clear images on the cameras and the software is very simple to use so much better than the old system we had in place.

Steve carried out a throughout inspection and devised a very good plan of installing security cameras for my house. The materials and operation of camera system are good at a reasonable price. Also, he explained clearly how to control and manage the security system. His service is very professional and commended. I will recommend to my neighbors.

I hired NEXTechnologies to replace the CCTV system in our condo building. Steve provided advice, and proposed a great replacement system. Steve was very professional with the installation, even with the bad installation from when the building was initially constructed, and provided excellent options and ideas for when there were issues from unknown obstacles that were discovered.

Amazing service & products. We contacted several companies to get quotes on replacing our current security cameras. My wife and I had a new born baby and our junky HIKvision camera system stopped working. For safety we needed the cameras fixed asap. Steve came by and accessed the Hikvision (junkvision) and found there was not an easy fix. I called my old camera installer guy and he was too busy to come by when he said he would or fix the issue. Based on the need for help Steve and his team stepped up and booked us in asap. He installed all within 2 weeks and came by on the long weekend as well (when the baby was sleeping) to go over the system to ensure my wife and I knew how to work it most effectively. Above and beyond service and great pricing Bitvision working awesome. Buy Bitvision!Don't but Hikvision!!!!!! (it's junk- buyer beware)

Where do I begin....I gave NexTechnologies a call for a quote as I wanted exetrior cameras installed, Steve came to my house (no fee), took a look as to where they should go, where it would be good to put some, angles, camera coverage and answered all my questions. Steve and Dan know their stuff, very knowledgeable, polite, on time, patient and much more including the prices. I am glad I went with them as they dont hide any fees, any extras, they are upfront. If you look on line, they show the prices/options of what you get and you pick. I got to modify mine and went from 4 -7 cameras. They hardwire the cameras, fished the line above my soffits so they are hidden, you see the odd cable (barely) due to the area that had no soffit. The cameras are installed clean, no over cuts in soffit, no wires sticking out, professional install as if they were here from when the house was built. I have seen houses that have wires everywhere as if it was quick in out job. I prefer wire install then wireless as ADT/Telus tried to sell me on wireless 1) they didnt even come to my house to see what I needed, no suggestions as to where to put them nothing which is what I wanted a person one on one to ask questions as I even told Telus over the phone I didnt know where to put them or how many I needed. I also pick contractors based on how we get along, their reactions etc., 2) I was unsure how many cameras and was hoping they would come by but nope they just quoted me 4 cameras by email which were more expensive than NexTechnologies and the Telus rep said the tech who installs would have to see where they go, 3) then did the pressure tactic and tried to get me to book and when I said I was going with someone else he was like oh, well ours are better, you get what you pay for....... and 1) NexTechnolgies was cheaper, 2) the owner is the installer and not just a salesman that has hired guys going around the city so he has a personal investment and prides in his work (you can tell), 3) the cameras are clear HD, you can record and view it on your laptop or cell phones, they even have a smart technology that can notify you when someone is in camera range and knows the difference between a car and person, 4) I had a user problem lol and Steve dealt with it right then and there and talked me through it. You don't get that with bigger companies like Telus/ADT, I would have to wait for someone to call me back (I had to wait a week for a rep to call me for a quote). I know this is lengthy BUT as a homeowner, its hard to find good reputable companies that arent trying to bleed you dry (if they show up), we need to help eachother out, you can even read the other reviews of Steve as that helped me decide as well. Cant say much more other than do your research, use your gut feeling but the decision is yours...PS, Steve even has a helpful Youtube video for those of us that need more help.
