I had this unit in Surrey, that I unexpectedly needed to sell immediately. Nobody likes to have to pay for multiple homes, especially if one is vacant. Having said that, Matt Kopan did an amazing job in helping me market, list, and sell my condo. Even with the fact that the real estate market has slowed down significantly compared to earlier in 2018, Matt managed to show the unit to multiple clients, and close the deal within 6 days of being on the market. I entrusted Matt Kopan with listing my condo in Langley and to help me purchase my next home. Matt sat down with me and showed me a detailed explanation of the market value of my condo and price ranges for what I was looking to buy with all my needs/wants and how different parameters affected how many options were available and the pricing. Now onto step 2, listing the condo, Matt had top notch marketing and drove a ton of buyer traffic through my condo with private showings and was able to get me 10 offers! He went through all of the different options with me on the offer day and explained the pros and cons to each offer to make sure that I understood which was really my best option. The result – sold for $45,000 over my asking price - more than I ever imagined! He made sure to negotiate so that all of the dates lined up properly - I would get paid for my condo, could then pay for my new townhome and have several days to move with no stress.
