Mosaic Kitchen Bar Lounge
Enjoyed a late lunch while waiting for my daughter's delayed arrival at the airport. I ordered the Mosaic salad, the Cauliflower Pizza, a glass of Chardonnay and finished of with vanilla ice cream and double espresso. Roy, my server was attentive and quick. Minor comment: the pizza was a bit too spicy, but it didn't stop me to finish it of.

Ordered the coconut shrimp. Comes with a side salad. I asked for ceasar dressing instead of the chipotle it came with. Salad was extremely over dressed. Server was great and brought me another one with the dressing on the side. The shrimp were great!

Mosaic Kitchen Bar Lounge
We were pleasantly surprised when we had to stay overnight at the airport to continue with our flights we had dinner at the hotel. I had a mosaic salad with a quinoa Patti on it was very good. We also had veal and pork Ragu, which was excellent fairly priced for a Hotel Restaurant.

My group and myself were overwhelmed with this place. Our plane was cancelled so we had to stay at this Hilton very late at night. Even though the kitchen closed at 11:00pm, there was still a full page menu of food with a wide variety of cultural options. We tried a bit of everything but especially enjoyed the pizzas and hummus. Cocktails were excellent as well.We came in 5 minutes before closing for breakfast and the staff were only too happy to keep the buffet open and reassure us that there was no rush.Food, coffee, juices, and service here is top tier! 5 stars is not enough.Side-note: The hours posted on Google aren’t exactly correct, they are open for breakfast much earlier than 11:00 and open a bit later.

I’m usually loathe to eat dinner at an airport restaurant, but I have to admit that this place was pretty good. The food was excellent and the options were interesting and cater to multiple tastes. The service was quite prompt. It was a bit noisy.

The food was pretty bad and outrageously priced. The breakfast buffet featured sloppy scrambled eggs and a few other overcooked meats along with cheap stuff... For $30. It's the kind of breakfast most hotels would give for free to be honest. Ordered room service and for a sad Caesar salad and floppy pizza it was almost $70. The value is horrendous and not worth it at all. Definitely go eat elsewhere. Staff were nice and friendly though.

I travel extensively either for work, leisure or to reside for short periods and my experience in this hotel has been the absolute best so far. The hospitality is world class and just beautiful to experience. The warmness of the staff was overwhelming. The check-in process was a bit slow at the time we arrived but everything else more than compensated for this. As a new Hilton Honors gold member, I got a very nice unexpected upgrade to a junior suite and free continental breakfast which was appreciated as we had budgeted for the breakfast charge. The room was clean, bedding super soft and everything was in place. The restaurant staff were the best! So considerate and accommodating. I experienced professionalism at its finest. the breakfast was great enough to get you out of the door but the dinner was really tasty (we had a mosaic salad, burgers and a few cocktails). If I could give this hotel and restaurant a 10-star rating, I would. After my experience here, I am afraid I might need to go back and reevaluate some of my past 5-star hotel ratings I have given as this hotel has set the bar too high for what hospitality and “home away from home” should feel like. I have never had any feelings towards checking out of a hotel but upon the end of our stay, I was really sad to see our time come to an end here. Special shout out to Frey (the Mosaic hostess) and all the staff at Mosaic! You all are the real MVP for going above and beyond to make us feel at home. God bless you loads!

Their Bombay Butter Chicken & Mosaic sald were really good & fresh. But the patty of my burger was burnt so it tasted bitter & burnt. What a shame! I though their burger at least should be better than any other dishes we'd ordered. But it turned out that the Indian food was the best in this restaurant ^ ^!The servers working at the restaurant were really friendly & attentive, which we really appreciated.

Very good food! We loved the 'Italian Job' pizza and the chicken tikka. Mirtha was a sweetie!We had the breakfast as well after I wrote the first review. We ordered off the menu as the options there looked good and were cheaper than the buffet. We were very pleased with the food! The bacon was wonderful, some of the best that I've had, with a wonderful smokiness. The choose your options omelet was delicious, with high quality ingredients. Santandeep, our waiter was attentive, polite and helpful. The restaurant was definitely the high point of staying at the hotel for us!

I loved the server... but the bartenders got my drink wrong three times... I asked for Tito's and tonic with lime. I was given soda twice. Then I was served flat tonic. Not once in his correction did he pour Tito's and yet charged me for it.. The pizza came cold and hard... We were served another pizza. It wasn't cooked... but at least it was hot. 1 pizza, one Caesar salad (Lettuce bottled dressing with gawd awful croutons that smellt of mold), drinks (3 V&Ts and 2 house wine) = $170.00Garbage!I liked our server she apologized multiple times. I know hiring is hard but do better. This is a Hilton Hotel! Please stop ripping off travellers. We will never be back. My wife is in the industry, she won't book anyone here again.
