CIBC Branch with ATM
The lady at the front desk was kinda rude at every customer, but the tellers or other advisors were very helpful and friendly. Hats off to Danish and Dhruvan Sharma for helping me quickly on getting my deposit cheque done! They were really patient and explained everything clearly.Thanks Lalita for helping me on time, really appreciate it!

Worst staff. Manager who is an Indian is very rude and do not know how to talk. I faced some issue with my banking. He refused to solve the issue and said it is not their fault and can't be sloved. But when I visit another branch they resolved my problem within 5 minutes.

Very worst customer service.I came here 5 times to open an account.They always say they don’t have time ,but they are doing nothing.They are always idle and return the customer.

Worst bank ever... everytime i came here i have to wait at long line... even a customer after me jumped the line and they served her... i wish i can give it to 0 star... staff serve 1 or 2 customers then start doing their own thing.. worst customer service...Two representatives on the left side hardly take any customer...i wish someone taught them how to serve clients quickly and attentively

Dear CIBC,You guys should probably provide training to your employee KOMALPREET at the front desk because she was downright rude! I greeted her with a hi to ask about my appointment, but immediately she said “wait for a minute” and barged off, once she was back she started talking to other customers and did not bother to answer my query. Your employee needs to understand that because of us customers their salaries are being paid. So she should rather be grateful and perform her duty to answer customer’s queries instead of having a shallow attitude!

I went to the CIBC at Hurontario Street and was disappointed to see garbage outside the bank everywhere. When I went inside the bank there was paper on the floor around the corners and the ATM's. Even the ATMs were dusty and the floor looked dirty in placesThis is a bank dealing with my money and they can't even keep the branch looking respectable.

Komalpreet is one of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with in customer service. I came in with my sister to apply for a credit card and Komalpreet immediately greeted us with an attitude. When my sister was explaining her situation, Komalpreet said don't have an attitude with me or else I don't know what is going to happen"... she then repeated to share the details of my sisters finances to the entire bank

No solutions ONLY excusesEven the the manager don’t seem interested to resolve the simple request for address update .Before coming to the branch, I called the call centre, he advised me to visit the branchTo verify your identity, I visited the branchWithout understanding the gravity of the situation, the manager didn’t pay attention and directed to the advisor.The front line employee (Danish) told me the advisor(Sarbjit) is upstairs than change the statement he / she not inCome some time next.
