The service is nice but it's a little dirty even though it's not too busy and they play obnoxious music, which isn't the best for studying. It's tolerable with headphones.

This is one of the best Starbucks locations, in this area. Staff are cheerful, friendly, and always take care to brew the drinks properly. (I've included a photo of my son's strawberry coconut drink; we were both impressed by just the colour of it, it was so strikingly pink, and he says it was the yummiest one he's ever had.). The ambiance is very calm and relaxed. It never seems to get crazy. There are loads of small tables, inside, and a large, long table at which one can either meet new people or sit with a large group. There is also nicely shaded, outdoor seating, along the side. A great place to go to chill with a brew, with or without company.Edited, 23/8/2022, to add: This is also one of the stores at which you can get the Reserve blends. Also, for people who like to work on electronic devices, at coffeehouses: there are loads of plugs set into the bench seating, inside.

I usually order oat latte .And I am lactose intolerant. But I always have to make sure twice or thrice that staff use oat milk because a lot of times I have got drink with either heavy cream or high percent milk. Staff should tell customer if they don’t have any thing which customer needs instead of making fool of person.

I don't know who is responsible for the management of this place, but WOW what an absolute pleasure to walk in. It is the CLEANEST Starbucks I have ever seen, you can lick off the floor. Literally all the 5 people that have served me are adorable and incredibly competent. Smooth service, always walk out with a good mood. THEY ACTUALLY CARE!!!

Today I spent the entire day studying at this location. I noticed the staff were very friendly and professional to their customers especially the regulars knowing them by name. I know she doesn't work at this location normally but Jamie specifically was phenomenal! She was so bubbly and her personality spread happiness and sunshine to so many customers. She was also very quick and knowledgeable about all drinks and made my refill even before I finished scanning my card. If she hasn't already she definitely deserves a raise or a promotion!
