The Laurel School

Our son started in the toddler class in January 2022 after we compared close to a dozen different daycares, Montessoris, and other schools. We decided to go with Laurel after an in person visit and meeting with the principal. He loved it the minutes he stepped into the school, saw the gym, the classroom, and the outdoor yard. It's been two months since he started and he's talking a lot more and telling me what he ate and what he did during the drive home. Best decision we made as he loves his teachers and seeing him develop this quickly.

I am so happy I enrolled my daughter at The Laurel School. I myself went to Laurel when I was still in grade school and I love that I can now send my own child there as well. I have watched Laurel develop and improve over the years and I can say from personal experience as a former student and now a parent, that it is the best place to send your child.The facilities are newly renovated, clean and fresh. I love that the class sizes are small. The teachers are personable and friendly, and communication between the teachers and parents is very efficient. The curriculum is also top notch. The catered snacks and lunches are always healthy, which I appreciate. My daughter thoroughly enjoys her days at Laurel and is always excited to go back.

We love the Laurel School!! Our little one adjusted so quickly and loves going into school everyday. He spends his weekends talking about his teachers and classmates and can't wait to go in every Monday morning. I am so grateful we found such a caring and nurturing environment for him. The staff is amazing and it truly feels like the school is our second home. I can't say enough good things about the Laurel School!

My husband and I are so happy that our son is attending the Laurel School. The teachers are so caring, warm and attentive. Love the food they provide too. Overall its an amazing school that is administered by amazing people who genuinely care about the students.

I can't say enough good things about The Laurel School. Our experience there has been nothing but amazing. My little one is happy and thriving. The moment my son walked into the school he was welcomed into the close knit Laurel family. He receives so much love and attention from all the wonderful staff. His teachers Ms. Alyssa and Ms. Sarah are fantastic and keep us up to date with everything. Ms. Kindos, Ms. Nikki and Ms. Alex are wonderful and are very accommodating and flexible. I am so happy to have found this school for my family! I recommend this school to all parents.

We have been with Laurel School ever since they did those wonderful renovations. Every little detail was well thought out and both the owners and staff take great pride in running it. It’s a small family run school which I especially like because I feel very safe leaving my son there. I know the friendly and loving staff will take care of him throughout the day. Laurel School has a fantastic healthy lunch option with two snacks each day which he has no issues eating. Laurel School sends updates on what your child is doing each day along with photos so you can see what is going on. Now during covid, Laurel School has been taking all the necessary precautions when students attend the school. The class sizes are small which is a bonus during these times.

Our experience at the The Laurel School has been nothing but amazing . Our daughter joined the school in preschool and she is now in Grade 2 and still attending the school . Mrs. Kindos, the school principal , is a great educator. The school’s mission is to help children grow and become capable and confidant learners. Not only does the school aim at developing the students’ academic skills , but also they pay a lot of attention to their mental and emotional well-being. The communication between home and school is great !Our daughter is so happy to be at The Laurel . Her progress is excellent . Her math and language skills are more advanced than kids of her age. Thank you for everyone at The Laurel for all your hard work and support .

Our child attends Laurel and we are very grateful that he does!The school and the teacher, particularly Ms. Claire, have been so caring and attentive to the needs of our child. We have noticed a clear improvement/progress in our child's development. A lot of the credit is on Laurel school for that.Highly recommended!

I am so happy with the Laurel School - it is the best decision we made from our little one. He is currently enrolled in the preschool program and will be going into the kindergarten program next year. He received so much love and attention, and we can see a big difference in his overall learning and development. Fantastic school, fantastic staff!! Everyone is friendly and helpful, and they truly treat your child like a they are part of their family. I'm so happy with Laurel school. It truly is a home away from home for our little one. Our son has been with Laurel school for a year now and he is doing amazing in all aspects. All thanks to the wonderful teachers and staff.I would recommend The Laurel school to anyone who are on the look out.
