My Landscaping

My wife and I were very happy with our new landscape. The tree, flower beds and the paver stone patio were all as promised. Thanks My Landscape for the great job.

Did an awesome job, they have lots of experience. All my trees, shurbs and annules grew so big and nice. So many flowers with super green grass. Love it!!!

These guys are amazing to have around. They did a amazing job on my lawn where I couldn’t complain about anything. They cleaned up there mess and they where very polite to others around.

When we first met Jason, he was so professional and was so nice to talk. We met him on the 5th of May and had a contract with him to start building our patio and fire pit in mid June. Mid June came by and he messaged us saying it’s rain season and he has to delay till end of month. We were accepting of it and it’s not under his control. The end of month came by and he tells us that the stones we need for the patio are out of stock now because he didn’t make the order earlier and we have to wait at least two weeks. So my mom went to the company and paid downpayment for the stones so that they arrive within a week.first week of July came and on July 7 he calls us saying he wants to cancel the job because he has others to do. Even before we keep asking about the city permit and he keeps stalling us. I understand that people get busy but once a contract is signed, then people need to abide by it. If it was the opposite and we were to cancel on him, then he would take the downpayment and say that we booked him and it’s unfair that he will lose money because of us. What about us???? We waited two months after signing the contract and he cancels on us. He is very unprofessional and we are very very disappointed. We will never deal with Jason or my landscape company because he showed us that even when a contract is signed it’s all fake because he can get to cancel on you anytime he wants. Also, whenever we ask him about the design of the patio and if he can draw us a a sample of the shape, he never did, even though we messaged him multiple times. So basically we paid 1000 $ downpayment for Jason and 1000$ for the stone company, and still that was not enough to abide by the contract. Thankfully, we got a better quality and professional landscaper company to come in today and we will sign a contract with them.
