even if they make mistakes the pharmacists are always ready to correct the problem. just on in the pharmacie she thinks she knows it all. won t put her name but if she answers the phone I refuse to speak with her no good in customer service

Usually have great service in store and at pharmacy but when I called the pharmacy using English, a person answered in French and had a problem speaking English. Why do they give you the option to have English service if it really is not available especially in a bilingual town like Buckingham?

poor service at the cash - cashiers acts if customers are disturbing them on their personal time and make you wait without apology while they browse the book sectionpharmacist assistants are sometimes pretentious and unhelpful - but if you're lucky you can get a good oneprices are high although there can be some good deals every now and then -
