Such an amazing team at Holiday Ford. Hand's down the best experience I've had at a dealership. Everyone was friendly, great to work with and professional. I would 100% recommend buying a vehicle from them. They made the entire process from beginning to end so easy and fast. They are also dog friendly which is a huge bonus! :)

Consistently the worst customer service in the 'service' department. It is so consistent that we believe there is actually a policy that prohibits staff from communicating with customers. Most recently, dropped my work truck off yesterday (Tuesday) for a two day job that I had been waiting on parts for for weeks (I have no problem with this as I do understand supply chain issues). I asked, as I always do, that if anything changed to please call so that I can better plan and coordinate. The service advisor actually wrote in his notebook to call me at 5:00 pm with an update. I received no call. Called them today and to find out that my truck had not even been in the shop yet but that the technician assigned was away and they were hoping" he would be back on Monday!!! Common courtesy (uncommon at Holiday Ford) would dictate a call yesterday to let me know the situation and provide solutions. At least they kept repeating " I understand" as they have for years. I would rather they be honest and say "we do not care". This is clearly a systemic issue at Holiday Ford supported by the dealer principle. Apparently Ford would rather we look at competitive brands."

Had an awesome experience! My sales rep, Carter, was amazing at guiding me through the purchase of my first new vehicle. I never felt like I couldn't call or text and get an informed, helpful response from him. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I love my new Ranger! Would highly recommend.

Service at the dealer was excellent. The vehicle, direct from the manufacturer, is the problem. The 2021 Ranger has really poor brakes, so much so we won't let many people in the organization drive it, apparently there is no fix for them. It's a big problem with this vehicle. We buy 1-2 trucks/year and for this reason Ford has been removed from our list of suppliers for vehicles.

We had a wonderful experience at Holiday Ford. Carter treated us fantastic he is a great asset to the Ford Company, he went above and beyond. Thanks so much, we appreciated his home delivery service, we look forward to seeing Carter when we purchase our next vehicle (Ford Edge Hybrid ).

I had a wonderful experience this afternoon with Adam L. He listened thoroughly to what I wanted and helped me to find a vehicle that best suited my needs. I feel completely comfortable and trusting of Adam, as he provided me with thorough information and respected my budget. The customer service was excellent and I look forward to returning to purchase my vehicle in the near future.

Holiday Ford Staff, especially Adam Brown, were fantastic to deal with. I had hoped to purchase a new truck and they worked with me to get what I wanted while simultaneously respecting my budget. They are truly a customer focused business and I will be highly reccomending them to all of my friends and family.

Truly had a great experience trading in my vehicle and the purchase of my Lincoln MKX. Despite some unfortunate circumstances with my carfax they still made it a positive experience! I find a lot of dealers can be not so pleasant or unreasonable when negotiating. However, at Holiday Ford they’re very fair, professional and respectful to their customers. Thanks Brenden!
