Needed help clearing a container of goods and seeing what expected wait times are. Lady on the phone said they are a customs broker and can't help me. That, I can totally understand, but I just wanted to ask if there was any other leads or who I can ask to assist me. I asked if she knew of who I could reach out to and got hung up on. She could have just said, these are the things we custom brokers do
