Aided my business when needed and always punctual in terms of service calls. With low prices I am quite happy with them.

Beware!!! Such a scam!!! When I request a quote for a new pos system from the sales rep named Devan, he told me the price include a new pc and new cash drawer and two new screen. On the day of installation he just bought a refurbished pc and just one touch screen. And charge me the same price. Then he ask me to email transfer him the money and said that he will send me the invoice receipt later. Is been a week I still haven’t received the invoice receipt and I tried calling him and he been avoiding my calls. I’ve tried calling the business, they said they will let him know and call me, it has been three days and still no response. When he answered he making excuses about the invoice receipt will be send July 21, 2021. Is July 23, 2021 and I still haven’t received anything. This is un acceptable service and behaviour. Never go with these guys. I’ll will file a report with BBB and Consumer Complaint report with the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services.

Used their services when I owned a business. Devan was always there for any technical help. Would highly recommend them!!

Been with them for 10+ years, had no issues until I needed to cancel. Service is good, it's the customer service that is problematic. I got yelled at by the receptionist, her tone was awful, she raised her voice. Had great experiences until I needed to cancel.

Best customer service. It's Christmas day which is a very busy day at my restaurant and everything was going wrong, however with Debittech's fast customer service Devan and his team took the time to help me make sure everything went smoothly.

When you call, customer service answers. Small company so you get to know people by name. If i have an issue, they take the time to find out the problem. Good rates.

Great customer support. I usually get a lady when I call. She is kind and very helpful.Company needs to have more support after 5pm.

BEWARE!!! Never ever go with this guys they want money that's all. There are lots of good POS system out there. I had called them so many times about the issue i am having with POS system but at the end no solutions, they want more money. The problem I was told is they updated their system and now I have to pay them to get that problem fixed. This company is just fraud that's all I can say.

Most dishonest and bad service from this company. Think 200 times before you deal with this people. Took my money from my account before they finish the job.they are not honest at all.

Been a customer with them for about 10 years! Good service and Devan always helped when there was a problem. Unfortunately, when we cancelled our contract, the receptionist was rude and disrespectful. We spoke to her prior to coming about cancelling and once we got there, she said nothing like that happened. Would recommend them but be advised about the receptionist.
