If there was ever a time to give no stars this would be it. I went to this Starbucks last Wednesday while I was in town for work. Since I was staying at the Grand Pacific hotel across the street, I decided to grab a coffee on my way back to the hotel. I arrived 30 minutes before they closed, when I went to order my coffee, I was informed that they do not serve coffee 30 minutes before they close. WHAT? It is only coffee, you can't make coffee 30 minutes before you close? Nope, what a joke! I actually had to check with another Starbucks in Victoria to make sure this was not a corporate decision. Nope, only this Starbucks has this incredibly stupid policy. Seeing the other negative reviews on their site actually makes sense. My advice to anyone thinking about stopping by for a coffee is DON'T! With horrendous policies it is a matter of time before their doors are closed for good. They way they run this shop sure tarnishes the Starbucks Brand.

Good location.Although this a Starbucks location you cannot collect Starbuck points or redeem any points here!Sad. I think all Starbucks should be a part of the Rewards system. I go out my way to get a Starbucks coffee to be part of the reward! It’s awesome. To redeem!!

Be aware this is not a Starbucks owned café. Nevertheless, the staff is great. Quality is not that much.

This is a nice tucked away from the beaten path in the centre of everything.They don’t take mobile orders here but that is okay being how central they are. If you are In a rush this place is not for you. Under staffed and slow service are noted.The seating area is still closed but there are many bench steps and rocks in the area to enjoy your treats. Yum yum

Super nice staff and convenient location. Sadly the drink I was interested in was sold out at the time but they were really nice and made some alternative suggestions. Quiet on a Monday morning. Lots of seating outside on the patio. Nice views of the water and other things nearby.

They don’t take points. Wait is forever. Nowhere to sit indoors except three busted old chairs. Also no washrooms. Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been. Definitely not family friendly either.

Smaller Starbucks beautiful location short staffed some days regular staff friendly good people watching and number one views of inner harbour and hotels museum and TALLY-HO horses a favorite of mine

Not our usual great Starbucks experience. Staff were surly and not attentive. Ordered grandes but ended up with talls and then waited 10min for replacement and also got told no caramel for the “caramel” macchiato. Serving station and tables dirty. No napkins, no lids! Yeah not well run. We visit Starbucks all the time! This was disappointing!
