I hired Lori Pedersen about 5 years ago to give me advice on what I needed to get done on my dad's home before releasing it on the market. He had passed away and she was sensitive to my situation. She was professional and detailed in her reporting. I received a room by room description on all that needed to be done. Her advice to me was taken and we were very successful.
