Costco, while large, is generally easy to navigate, the staff are friendly and knowledgable, and more than than happy to give out free samples of various foods on sale, from drinks, meats, crackers, microwaveables and one time I saw pizza. The food court is, as ever, always affordable with the reliable hot dog and REFILLABLE drink combo, or a $15 18 inch pizza, or even the chicken strips. Yes, you pay a membership fee, but you get in return a valued experience in bulk sales.

Plan to spend more then you initially thought. They have great snacks and so many cool items. Also a great return policy if you have an account they can look up the receipt.

I went to Costco for the first time and I was surprised at how big it is. It has everything from groceries to electronics and furniture. I loved the variety of food and how you can save money by buying in bulk. The employees are also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who wants to save money and find a lot of great deals.I wish they had chicken wings in the food court, but I guess they must have been losing too much on that item. If you are in Edmonton you can get chicken wings at the food court.

Great Costco but dam y’all need a fix your gas lines so it’s not so messed up all over the road.

Great prices and great service. I'm from out of town and drive to Costco once a month. The staff have always been the best, always helpful.

A great place to shop with good deals in bulk and also Tire Center as well as a Vision center.

I asked a young man to see if they had anymore stand up 20 cubic ft freezers. Young man said yes we have 3 on the rack then he called for assistance. Then he was told we're busy. I told him that I wasn't in a hurry then he proceeded to tell me because it was busy they didn't want to bring one down. So then I enquired about buying the floor model.Oh for sure we can do that he says. Then asks me if I'm okay with the dents in it that I hadn't noticed. I said maybe for a discount I suggested.Sorry sir they're not going to want to do that either so I just left and went else where.

I’ve had a membership for 4 years now, never once have I been asked to show the back of my card at the front entrance. The next 3 people after me weren’t asked, only me. Why would they do this?! And then at the self check out, my sister and I went together and both used our SEPARATE memberships and the lady at the self check out was staring at us the entire time, telling her co worker we were sharing cards when we weren’t. Maybe train your staff to have better customer service, and if you’re going to ask people at the door to see the back of their cards ask everyone, don’t single someone out. How embarrassing, I’m ready to cancel my membership, your staff need better training.
