I called to speak to an agent, they required a fee to speak with me, I provided my credit card infos, they charged me, kept me waiting for 20 minutes,then hanged up the line

Such a waste of time to inquire about visas especially when you have to pay for their service in pound per minute. They sound pathetic with zero knowledge or active tool to give you an answer even if it’s a YES or NO!!!!!I call it a pure SCAM for the BRITISH CONSULATE!
