Poorest quality bank you can imagine. The branch manager Nick is clueless about how things work at the bank. Anyone who bank here. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere. Most useless bank in Toronto. BANK IS HOPELESSLY USELESS. THE STAFF ARE UNTRAINED AND CLUELESS.

I had a really bad experience with this branch. When my mortgage came up for renewal, I met with the mortgage specialist there to discuss my needs. She promised to send me an update and rates the following week. To my disappointment, I have never heard from Meridian again until I received a letter in mail 4 week later, offering me a renewal that had not reflected any of my needs discussed with the mortgage specialist. Additionally the interest rate quoted was at 6%!!! Totally incompetent staff with no commitment to serve customers. I would expect that kind of a treatment from the big banks but not from a credit union. Obviously I am taking my business elsewhere.

I am really upset with the service provided. Apparently, there is a big communication gap not only with the customers but also among the staffs as well. Initially I had a very good impression of their products and services and I was even thinking of doing more business and moving to Meridian for my day to day banking. But now I will have to think twice!As per response, tried contacting Branch Manager and found that he is away till next week and I was asked to leave a voice message. Ideally there should have been someone to take care of customer in the absence of the branch manager!

You cannot call the branch, they just redirect you to the main contact centre. There they told me a mortgage advisor from the branch would call me. They never did. Went to the branch and everything was sorted fine.

Good choice if you're looking for somewhat better interest rates on savings. I only use the credit union for deposits. Not my everyday bank. Service has been fine for what I do

This location happens to be the closest one to my work, so I come here pretty often if I ever need to do banking during the day while I'm at work and I can't make it to my home branch. The service here is very pleasant. The staff are very knowledgeable and try their best to really build a good rapport with you, even if you're coming in for something as simple as depositing or withdrawing.

Great, convenient Meridian location. This branch is why I remain to be a consistent and loyal Meridian customer. Never change.
