Connected 360 is great! Prior to having Connected 360 managing our IT we were trying to do things on our own. It was never fixed properly and we would constantly have issues. Connected 360 came in and did an assessment and provided solutions. Since having Connected 360 manage our IT our users have been able to work without issues. We are very happy to have them on board!

Our office needed a complete upgrade of our IT system. We contacted Connected 360, discussed with them what we wanted with regards to upgrading our IT system. Connected 360 suggested the IT improvements and implemented the changes within weeks of our initial discussions and planning. Connected 360 manages our IT infrastructure and we are happy with their services.

The Connected 360 team were total professionals! They installed and upgraded my Home Entertainment System in a timely fashion. The communication on what needed to be done was both frequent and prompt, and the Entertainment System as a whole is now much more user friendly.
