We have worked with Travis for over a year now, helping his customers find the right flooring for their project. He has energy, is well organized, and treats people the right way. Its great to see a young contractor who sticks with their customers throughout the project instead of just abandoning them at the first moment the renovation doesn't exactly as planned. I'm seen that happen before, and Travis is the opposite. He's not done the job until the customer is happy with the result. Windsor & Essex County could use more young contractors like him.

They assembled lots of our furniture, swivel chairs, etc. and did an excellent job. Three years ago he did also our car port and I received lots of good compliments for that. I will always recommend Travis, the owner of In and Out Renovations.

Excellent service from Travis! He installed a vent in our basement bathroom, as well as a new modern ceiling, and widened the door frame to replace the closet-like door with an actual door. Very professional, communicated through the whole process and reasonably priced. Will definitely be calling him again!

In & Out carried out repairs and clean-up for a water-damaged area in my home, including mold removal, drywall replacement, and some paint jobs.They were professional, communicated well, were thorough in their work, and adapted well to surprises. I recommend their work.

They prepared and repainted my deck as well as some cosmetic repairs. Travis is a good communicator. The work was very carefully done, and he paid a great deal of attention to making sure it was of the highest quality.It is great to find someone willing to do jobs of any size, as my needs are small, so I will be calling on him again in the future.
