Highly unprofessional people they are!!! please be careful before paying any fees to this company. I paid fees for their legal evaluation services on 15th Nov 2022 and also uploaded all the documents on their portal. They told me ,within next 48 hours hours we will provide feedback on legal evaluation report but even after 72 hrs i have not heard anything back from them. Not sure why do they have different mobile numbers, before paying fees, they will chase you like anything to provide help but after paying money, no updates. You will have to do follow-ups with them and still they don't even bother to respond.If this is their so called first step of immigration services, imagine what will be the next ones??? I am very disappointed with their service provided to me so far!!! will never recommend this site to anyone!! Thanks!Update: 21Nov2022: After waiting for an entire week, I got a call from case manager assigned to me yesterday and he apologized for the delay. He was telling me, this legal evaluation fee is a very small amount for us. I said its fine, for me it is a huge amount and I was expecting response from you in the last week itself. However, I did not expect this service from them so I politely requested them to give me the full refund and he was agree to do it.He initiated refund request immediately while we were on the call. Thanks to him for this prompt action taken. Hopefully, I will receive it in next few days. The problem is not about the money, its about the trust and service. Even if you are reputed law firm in Canada, you are not providing any services free of cost to the clients. So you are supposed to give high services always!!. If you can't provide service within 48 hours then at least do not commit such timelines to the customers during initial discussions.Thanks.
