Sometimes the wait times are long but drivers are friendly, courteous and will go above and beyond to help when they can. I definitely suggest calling the day before to book your cab if you intend yo use on a semi regular basis as they fill up quick. Busiest times are between 5am and 9am and again around 3pm to 5pm. Dispatchers are friendly, learn your name and will even remember your addresses. Makes you feel welcome and important. Dispatchers will also call when drivers are on route to you, or to confirm you still need the cab just before designated pick up times.

Instead of calling/texting me or pulling into my buildings' parking lot, they sat outside the building in traffic for 10 minutes and left without so much as a phone call. I had to call back and ask for an update. BErnie is the best by far tho.

we had a taxi booked for a certain time a week before and called multiple times the day of to make sure it was still available. when the taxi was called, they said they tried getting ahold of us but never called. we called them and every time they kept saying another 30-45 minute wait due to people “jumping” in our cab. they never ended up coming the address we booked. left 4 young teenagers stranded.

I took the taxi from work to home. The drive took the long way to my home causing us to back track on my dime. When I told her she didn't really care. When we got to my destination the drive took my 10.00 for a 8.00 ride claimed she had no change so I had to pay her 10.00 for that 8.00 ride. While we were driving in a 60mph area she drove 37 to 41 mph the whole way. With Body in front of us. As well the drivers 9 times out of 10 won't wear a mask. I called to complain and was told the owner would call me back, which as you can guess never happened.

I Was so drunk could barely see my phone, managed to ring 3 times and nothing, no answer had to wake my mother up at 12:45 to come get me 15-20 minutes away, I'm only giving this a one star cause I have a good head on my shoulders but no answer could lead to someone driving drunk, getting into a car with a drunk driver or worse. Trying to walk home and pass out in a ditch. Just lots of mess can come in a situation like this and I think it's important to leave this review here for others to know. Don't rely too much on taxis

Well.. I ordered a cab home from work one day.. took about 45 minutes which wasn’t a big deal as I wasn’t in a rush. Driver was okay at the beginning and asked on the way if he should pull in the driveway or stay on the side as where I live there’s 4 lanes.. I said pull in so it’s easier on THE DRIVER. When we got there, pulled in the wrong driveway.. asked why he had to go in the driveway when he requested it would be easier as well. Gave them a second chance the next morning for work. Driver was great but they said 10-15 min wait and I waited again for 40-45 mins

Had a pre-booked taxi with central. They didn't assign a driver before the time of pickup. I was going to be late for work so I called bluebird taxi and they had a driver to me within 2 min and he had me to work 5 mins before I started which worked out great. Wonderful driver was safe and efficient and friendly.

Their service is the worst of any taxi I have ever used. No matter when you book a taxi, they will have some excuse as to not pick you up... I have M.S. and was told who cares, dialysis patients seem to be the only people who are allowed to use this company, regardless of time of day... very let down by this so called company. Shame on you
