Just called in to get some info for a person who is in need of community based Mental Health program for substance abuse. The person answered the phone was absolutely rude & is not fit to handle calls for a place that is supposed to be a resource center / help line.

Excellent information on all of the addiction services covered by OHIP. If you don’t want to pay thousands of dollars for private rehab then definitely check them out.

Those who answer the phones are truly there to help. I can't speak highly enough of what they give as people and the help they are capable of giving with referrals. Anytime a family member has needed help, it's been such a great comfort to know that ConnexOntario is there.
