Midtown Ford

2.5 stars really.Sales guy was good, but as soon as the sale was done, Midtown really fell apart.Due to a miscommunication, the car wasn't ready for the pre-determined pick up time because the finance fellow was trying to (re)confirm with my husband instead of me. The cleaning detail wasn't done, we didn't want to wait an longer, and compromised that we'd bring it back to get the detail done.Called to schedule the detail - they wouldn't let me stay and wait, said the car *must* be left with them all day, but that I could come and get a ride to work. I confirmed when I start work and that being late is not a possibility: no problem, they say. They didn't tell me that unless I arrived at 7:30am, that the shuttles would be full and I would be late. I leave again, car undetailed, still with the glue from their stickers on it. The (kind) service fellows suggest I contact my sales agent.I message my sales agent, days later - no reply. I called to speak with the service manager - transferred, no answer. I'm fed up. The car is fine, but I could've gotten a fine car anywhere.I regret giving them my business. They stress that they are the highest volume dealer". Great. Perhaps next year they should work towards "most satisfied customers" instead."

Every step of the way,I felt like my questions were being answered, decisions were being acknowledged and the process of purchasing a new vehicle very well explained in a detailed plan.Everyone is so kind, welcoming and courteous. Great service! All work for the three recalls were repaired to my satisfaction. There was a half day delay on getting the small issue with the electrical wiring for the tailgate resolved but I understand that not everything can be done immediately! Dylan was great at letting me know how much longer it would take to get done. Thanks

This was my second visit. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back. I was given a voucher for car detailing and I was shocked to discover that it included interior. The person who cleaned my car did an amazing job. I will be booking another appointment for detailing the next oil change.

The service staff were great. I was in the city and had an outstanding recall on my transit van. They accommodated me quickly without an appointment which I really appreciated as I live 2 hours away and had extra time today.
