Salon Luminous

My wife went to Lisa yesterday to have a haircut. She came back home, and the result didn’t look too good to me, uneven, but I didn’t say anything. Today in the morning she washed her hair and brushed it, and just take a look at how her hair was cut and looks now… It was butchered. She’s really unhappy now. I wouldn’t recommend this service at all, better save your money and go somewhere else.

I love this salon. I’ve tried many salons in Calgary and this one is by far the best. Everyone who works at salon luminous is super friendly and they are amazing at what they do. The prices are also really really good. Katey always does an incredible job!! Highly recommend

Lisa is amazing. She has been doing my beautiful colour and extensions for over 5 years. She is incredible with detail, listening to my concerns and is very professional. I would strongly recommend Great Lengths extensions with all of her knowledge and experience.

Salon Luminous is my place of choice when it comes to getting my hair cut or colored. Missy has been my stylist for the last 10 years. She has done some amazing things with my hair, her work is impressive. I have taken my hair from black to blonde to silver and it looks awesome! I always get compliments on my hair and her work. I would highly recommend her and all of her stylists.

Salon Luminous and Lisa are fantastic and my favourite place to go to get my hair done. I've had a lot of really bad experiences in the past with bad cuts/colours/stylists, but Lisa is truly one of the best. She always listens to what I want and makes proper suggestions for what will work for my hair. Super professional and fun to work with!

Salon Luminous is hands down the best salon in Calgary. I don't trust my hair with anyone else. Missy and all her stylists are highly qualified, skilled and extremely friendly. (Missy particularly will go an extra mile for her client). I get compliments on my hair from everyone and their Momss whether I had chosen to do a solid colour, highlights or balayage. In the 7 years that I am a client, I have never got what I didn't want or ask for. I get asked who I go to to do my hair all the time because I have such healthy hair. I highly recommend this salon to anyone who wants amazing hair at a great value and feel like they're hanging out among a group of friends!

I have been going to Katey at Salon Luminous for a while now and she is amazing! Katey did my hair for my wedding for myself as well as my bridesmaids and the mothers, and everyone was so happy! I am new to Calgary and was looking for a professional , good quality and friendly salon to get my hair done. After some online searching I came across Salon Luminous and was very pleasantly surprised with the staff and the overall experience within the salon. The girls were friendly and very knowledgeable on hair care. I'm a blonde with naturally curly hair and Missy at Salon Luminous gave me a beautiful cut to clean up my dead ends and the end results look stunning!!
