Josh is the best trainer you’ll find, he has helped me teach my northern breed Samoyed known to be runaway kind to have perfect recall. In fact, my Samoyed no longer goes far enough to even need to be recalled and always returns on his own to check up on me ! I did not think that will ever be possible but here we are.Thank you for everything Josh !

Can’t say enough good things about In-LineK9. I reached out to get help with my doberman/shepherd mix Jax. He was very dog reactive and pulled incessantly on walks, as well as had a tendency to be too rough when he tried to play with other dogs. I learned how to make Jax understand what was acceptable and what wasn’t, and now both he and I are much happier out on our walks and I don’t worry about passing another dog!The icing on top of the cake - in-LineK9 offers all the “graduates” from training, optional group sessions where we all get together and train in a big group. It’s so much fun socializing with all the other dog parents, while the dogs have fun learning the training theme of the day.

Josh took our high energy Husky/Shepherd/Malamute mix from throwing full tantrums on a leash to walking calmly with us after one session. Building on that, our dog is now able to be off lease throughout the neighbourhood either staying with us or with perfect recall when he goes to explore. I can not express how much Josh’s training has improved our life as well as our dogs life. The difference is night and day. All you have to do is ask him to see “Rip’s before and after video” and you’ll be blown away. I can’t recommend In Line K9 enough.

Josh is amazing!!! If you’re looking for a trainer, he is the best!!! He helped me with my GSD, wasn’t sure I would ever get him to listen and was worried he would continue to over power. He put that power back in my hands and my dog’s obedience is amazing. Can even walk off leash. He doesn’t just end training and leave you to yourself. He has group sessions as well. You never stop learning. Adds more distractions and your dog learns other ways they need to listen!!! You really can’t go wrong!!! I can’t thank him enough!!!

Josh changed our life. I will never stop saying this. In very few sessions Josh understood the needs and challenges our 2 year old German shepherd had. A trained dog makes life easier and definitely more enjoyable. Josh is extremely competent and knowledgeable about dogs behavior. Our dog now is so obedient we can walk him off leash. We highly recommend in-LineK9 Canada training. Give it a try you will not regret it.

I first started working with Josh for my leash-reactive German Shepherd and within 3-4 sessions, we made more progress than I ever could've imagined! I really appreciate Josh's approach that focuses on communication with your dog and setting reasonable, and achievable expectations and goals. Josh always takes the time to follow up after sessions and checks in on how each dog is doing if he hasn't seen them in a while. He genuinely cares about your dog's well-being and will go the extra mile to make sure you and your pup can ultimately have a better quality of life together. Also, having the option to move from individual sessions to group sessions has been fantastic, so you can maintain the progress you've made during individual sessions while socializing your pup in a controlled environment. It's so heart-warming to see all these previously reactive dogs interacting and playing off-leash together. All that to say, 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Highly recommend In-Line K9 as a dog trainer. Josh helped us work through all the behaviours we wanted to correct with our Aussie Shepherd. I get comments every time we are out for a walk now about how well trained my dog is - including at off leash dog parks!!

I'd tried 2 other trainers with my GSD, one with tons of degrees but they couldn't get around his reactivity and leash pulling. You could tell he (pup) understood the commands but seem to think obedience was optional. Enter Josh. Josh helped improve and structure my communication with my dog to get the desired behavior. It was a good learning experience for both me and my pup. My takeaway from working with him - sometimes the problem is with the person at the other end of the leash issuing the (unclear) commands ;)He also provides follow up group sessions where you can improve on what you've both learnt because learning is a continuous process. I wholly recommend Josh for a holistic approach to dog training.

Training our German Shepherd with Josh was the absolute best decision we ever made. He is extremely professional and had our dogs crazy behaviours turned around in a matter of weeks. Seriously, Enzo did a complete 180! The knowledge, passion and talent this man has for working with dogs is next to none! He was patient with us and Enzo, and always took the time to have us master one skill before moving onto the next. He was very accommodating to our busy schedule and our sessions never felt rushed. If you’re looking for an affordable, extremely knowledgeable, FUN, trainer for your furry friend, look no further!
