Mike responded quickly and did a fantastic job on a very tricky situation. We were relieved and very grateful. Also helped us get the repairs needed.Biggest positive was the follow through. His equipment, which was new and in great shape, leaked fluid unexpectedly. He returned the following day to ensure the fluid was cleaned up. Great to see a company follow up and take care of any issues. Highly recommend Gucci.

Gucci towing saved our trip! We broke down without service. Called all towing services within 100 km radius of hope, BC and got the same answer from all except one, Gucci! While no one else had the time of day to get our car, he came within an hour and got us back on the road again. Extremely reasonable and caring for all his customers. 10/10 experience, Gucci and his hardworking crew are the only company you should call for your towing needs. If he’s not able to get the vehicle himself, he will call all of his friends in the towing industry and find someone who will. The crew cab town truck was big enough to accommodate all 4 of us and the ride with Gucci was nothing short of excellent!

At this point I'm a regular, for better or worse. I have only ever asked them to tow the strangest vehicles possible and they've showed up and handled it like pros. Me and my brother drive wierd stuff for fun and to commute and it's nice to know if we break something we can get whatever it is home. Honestly I'm one bad life decision away from building a plywood monocycle inside of a big tractor tire using a 150cc motor and I bet they'd tow that monstrosity if I needed them to. What a world we live in. Glad to have a dependable go-to place to have both my fast toys and my actual vehicles towed.

Gucci towing is the only answer for all things towing. Broken down in between Hope and Sunshine Valley; 5 towing companies within 20 km of us and no one was willing to get the vehicle. Called Gucci and he had the car hooked up within an hour. Only company willing to accommodate for 4 passengers and willing to get us immediately. 10/10 experience, no one better to go with. If Gucci and his crew can’t get your car he will do anything necessary to ensure you aren’t stranded; while in the truck with him he had 10+ phone calls that he was able to either send his crew to help or call another towing company to send one of them over. Great company and an even better guy.

This company is actually the best!! The owner and his partner saved us, 10:30pm on July 1st when no other company would come to our rescue. Not to mention he was so fast getting to us. We were stuck in golden ears park and he made it to us in under 20 min. He also called his partner to direct traffic and helped fixing and securing our equipment we had.This guy deserves 10 stars not just 5. We are so grateful you made our night bearable.
