So before contacting wisecracks Steven to be exact I had called another company who asked for some pictures and in turn I sent and I never received another response from them again even after reaching out a few times. Went to talk to Steven at wisecracks for the first time he sounded very knowledgeable and very eager to come and and do the work for us.he was working on a project out of town he gave me a date and when the day came Stephen showed up he did excellent work. now he had given me a rough quote over the phone through pictures that I had sent and even after doing the work he made recommendations for future work if needed, as well as I had to reduce price from my original quote. This to me shows that not only does he care about our money he's honest I would highly recommend Steven at wisecracks in the Okanagan. Wise Cracks is an amazing company of professional and friendly people. We recently had a small foundation leak fixed that we had to reschedule at least a couple times due to time constraints on our part, and Andrea and Tara handled the changes efficiently and with ease. This sure helped with the stress we were under trying to get our home ready to sell. James was awesome and had our leak fixed quickly and on time. Awesome company and amazing staff! Don't let the transferable warranty fool you. Unless the new owner registers in 30 days of buying the house the warranty is void. How many home owners selling a house tell prospective buyers the basement had/has leaks?? A reputable company would warranty the work on the house as it is irrelevant who owns the house. A lifetime warranty" is a lifetime warranty based on the work preformed. They have built in "outs: for themselves

Found a crack in my foundation, got a quote on a Monday, work was completed by Wednesday, technician was on time and very friendly , answered any questions I had and left the space cleaner than when he arrived, would recommend to anyone with similiar issues.
