Absolutely the worst Tim Hortons. No matter how many times I have gone in the morning they always seem to be out for bagels or muffins. The service is slow at other times. I have started to go to other locations.

What a joke. Can wait 20 mins in the drive thru with 3 cars. Person who takes the order doesn't even know what's on the menu

The staff is extremely slow if you dont go at the drive thru, and 3 out of 4 times they will make a mistake with your order. Ask for no cheese, you will get cheese, ask for a worker's tim, they will forget either the sauce or the potato. It is barely ever a nice experience.

Both staff personnel served me at different times and were perfect. Ordered Hot chocolate and a large coffee and it was the tastiest. Went back to purchase a Tim's coffee mug and a gift card, once again excellent service. Thank you to the two wonderful cashiers.

Horrible this morning! At 8:00am they had nothing left. Waited 10 mins in drive thru, asked for a muffin, none, asked for 3 different types of bagels, none, asked for an ice cap, none and machine isn't working. They should have a sign out front or block the drive thru if they can't serve!

Beyond horrible experience. I went in the evening and just to order took 13 minutes. Then to receive the food was another 15 minutes. I thought this was just a fluke and it wouldn’t happen again. But it did again and again night after night and other people as well complained. When I keep calling during the day to speak to a manager they always say there’s is non available so I resort to writing on here. Honestly I don’t even come anymore to this one just such a bad experience I rather just drive over to chateauguay to get my coffee.
