See new operating hours (photo taken Nov 2022). You’ll enter the pharmacy, and the lab is located on the right hand side. Drop-ins only. No appt is needed.

Ignore the bad reviews... people just love to complain about everything hey? It's a great little spot and far less busy than other locations. Yes there is just one worker, and she is great at her job. A true professional. You're getting your blood drawn here, not ordering fast food. Be patient, have a seat, you'll be fine.

Most disorganized lab ever been in. It is like a flea market. Rude staff .They talk so loud and nobody can understand what they say. Must be the COVID mess that they cannot deal with.As I sit here it is getting worse. We pay with our taxes these professionals?Better burn the money.

lady who was here was rude. left door cracked open so I knocked to see if she was free. she said busy so I said sorry and she came to the door and rudely said don't you understand it's busy?" wait time was very long. also hard to tell who's waiting for lab and who's waiting for Vaughan Medical clinic."

Came at 8:30 am on Friday when they are supposed to open and nobody was there. Usually at laboratory clinics nurses come to prepare before clinic supposed to open. Single nurse showed up after 10, 15 minutes and paid zero attention to clients waiting. Once she unlocked the clinic she disappeared. After waitingwfor 5 more minutes we decided to leave. Not a promising first visit at all.

What a micky mouse operation, 90min lunch hour each day, sometimes, she will decide on a 2hr lunch break. No respect for anybody, if u think you can get ur blood work done on your lunch hour, well not possible here. Just don't come here, only 1 tech, arrogant, unprofessional and sloppy.

Unnecessary waiting. Staff unfriendly. Staff don't appear they like their job! If you can go to a different place DO IT... this place is horrible. There is only one young lady who draws the blood BUT I THINK SHE HATES HER JOB. Honestly she should be lucky she has a job!!!!!!

I used to like it because not busy and close to me but very unprofessional. Lunch hours mentioned are not followed. Tech takes longer breaks than published. Google hrs are not updated since COVid times . Don’t have appropriate inventory for containers etc. Only one tech who really doesn’t know why she is there, as she looks very disinterested. No wonder this location is not busy!

I always get blood tests done here and there’s never a long wait. There’s a lot of bad reviews but I don’t think they’re justified. Be polite with healthcare workers and you’ll get politeness back.
