Hours online & on door state that they’re open til 6. Went at 3:30 in the afternoon on Sunday Nov.1 to pick up a package, and door is locked - no one to be found. No sign on the door explaining there was a last minute family emergency or any clue as to why they’re closed/when they’re going to be back. Super unprofessional.

Cashier is very friendly.Unfortunately sometimes they close earlier than what's posted and don't give a reason, so it can be frustrating if you go there expecting them to be open.FYI: in the winter they close at 6pm, but its posted everywhere that they close 8pm.

Went there to get my passport after the passport head office informed me to go there. Had my tracking number ID and address and Leo" said it wasn't there. He did not even attempt to put in the tracking number and then put my name is the address spot. He said it wasn't here and hand gestured shoo'ed me away. Absolutely the worse experience I have ever had at a postal office. I came back and told him to AT LEAST TRY to put in the tracking number he shook his head and said it wont work. It did work. After almost an hour there of him not even ATTEMPING to find it no apology no anything very unprofessional."

Dont remember the last time a post office was closed when it was between business hours there's 3 tru ks here with UHAUL returns that cant be dropped off I'm jist looking for mail and there not open. Says there open till 6 PM its 3:44 PM? Not a way to grow a business or attract clients.?

If I could give them a lower rating, I would. List their hours as 7:30 online and on doors. Showed up at 8:20 today and the lights were off, no one home. Really wish companies would stop blatantly lying to people. I'd have just waited for my local post office to open if I'd known. What a waste of gas.
