Always very polite and fast. If you see a large lineup in the drive-thru, don't worry they are very efficient and will get you through quickly. Inside the restaurant is clean. The washrooms were also clean. Thank you especially to the drive thru employees. YOU ARE DOING A GREAT JOB, AS A CUSTOMER I REALLY APPRECIATE IT:)

Been there a few times with my family, very slow service, order is always wrong, eating area is always messy, tables are dirty, garbage cans over flowing. They seem to hire only students and have little to no management. 1 time my Son, daughter and myself waited for 45 mins for our order along with many others waiting for their orders. And I watched the employees (young teenagers) standing around talking and actually laughing about the large group of ppl waiting for their food.. ppl were asking for their money back and the cashier did not know how to give the refunds, some ppl just walked away after waiting almost 1 hour. It was a terrible scene. A large group of hungry people, most of them with their kids, standing for 45 plus minutes watching the employee stand in groups of 4 to 5 talking about video games or the movie they watched last night with absolutely no worry about the large group of angry customers standing waiting for their food..It's unfortunate that this place is a such a disaster. Being the only mcdonalds in town, I wish they would get their act together so customers (especially ones with kids) can go there and eat without waiting an exceptional long period of time for their food, and actually get what they ordered.

I had this great experience with this one lady at this location. I remember her hair was dyed black and blue at the time. She was friendly, efficient, and overall gave me a good experience through the drive thru. I hope to meet other fast food workers like her!

Always an issue with orders around supper time. Check before you pull away. Today, ordered 6 nugget meal for my son, got home, only 4 nuggets inside and no sauce. Not worth going back but consistent messed up orders at this location with kids running it.Mornings when the older ladies are working are fast and efficient.

I understand that staffing shortages are a real problem but that doesn't forgive basic cleanliness. I wonder who the health inspector for the region is as for were I'm from (Niagara region) this store would get a stern talking to. Only positive is staff are very nice and polite.

Power was out at home. Called to see if opened.because it was Good Friday, they answered the phone right away. Went, there was a huge line up thought it would take forever. It was the fastest I’ve ever been through a drive through. They even got my order perfect. Very quick and organized crew.

Filthiest MacDonalds I’ve ever seen or been to. Every single table filthy. Floor gross. Garbage overflowing. Drink station completely unsanitary.

The entire restaurant was filthy. Overflowing garbage cans, not 1 single table was wiped down. Food left all over every table. Garbage on the floor where you order. Confusion in the kitchen. Service with a smile? More like lack of service with a snarl.

Absolutely the dirtiest, filthiest McDonalds I have ever been in. From the whole place being a filthy mess to the disgusting and dirty equipment (please wash it all, especially your McFlurry machine), to gross and disgusting bathrooms to garbage all over the parking lot. In fact, the whole town of Arnprior is a dump. Clean up your city and businesses.
